How do I place an order? 

All orders are placed through the Silver Deer website. Simply choose the stationery and accessories you require and add them to your shopping basket.

Can I order a sample?

Yes you can, a sample is available from the invitation page within each range. Simply click on the ‘order a sample’ button and one sample will be added to your shopping basket. 

If I need to change something on my proof, can I?

Of course, just let us know what you would like to change within the text of the proof and we will amend it and send you a new proof. We never send anything to print unless you are 100% happy.

What should I check on my proof?

Check all spelling and grammar, check all times and dates are correct, check all names are correct and spelt correctly. Check, check and check again. If possible print off your proof to see it at the correct size and format.

Can I make any changes after approving my proof?

No, once we have received your approval your order will be sent to the printers. At this stage it is simply too late.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to have your digital proof to you within 48 working hours. After we receive your confirmation that everything is good to go, you can expect delivery within 7-14 working days.

How do I pay for my order?

All payments are made at the secure checkout page using either your debit/credit card or PayPal Express.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders that have NOT gone to print can be cancelled, however, we will retain 50% of the order value (but no more than £200) to cover our personalisation process. Once an order has gone to print it cannot be cancelled.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our stationery being personalised for you, we do not accept returns. Any accessories can be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days, for a full refund.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we’d be delighted to deliver all around the world, but please contact us for a price before placing an order.

How do I personalise my stationery?

Within each product there is a personalise section; all you need to do is fill in the boxes or provide us with the correct document via email. See each individual product for more details.

What if you stop selling the range I purchased?

Never worry, because all of our designs are created in-house, even if we were to stop selling a range through the website, we will always be able to produce an order for you. Silver Deer guarantee that once you have made a purchase from any range we will always produce any subsequent orders for you within that range.
